What is EDI?
EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange. EDI is to transfer
data between different companies using networks, such as the
Internet and email.
Why is it good for an appraiser to EDI?
Your appraisal will arrive at your lender (or lawyer, etc) as
soon as it is finished by email instead of waiting for it to
be courier, US mail, FedEx, or California Overnight. This saves
you more money and fewer headaches. (no more missing appraisal
