What is EDI?
EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange. EDI is to transfer data between different companies using networks, such as the Internet and email.

Why is it good for an appraiser to EDI?
Your appraisal will arrive at your lender (or lawyer, etc) as soon as it is finished by email instead of waiting for it to be courier, US mail, FedEx, or California Overnight. This saves you more money and fewer headaches. (no more missing appraisal reports!).

How does an appraiser EDI an appraisal?
The appraiser must have a color digital camera, other digital equipment, software, and a digital signature. 101Appraisals.com possess all of these!
